FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is there a minimum order for catering?
Our catering packages are built for groups starting at around 10 people.
Smaller groups can order from the full menu for pickup or delivery.
How far in advance should I place a catering order?
We recommend 36–48 hours’ notice to guarantee availability.
For groups of 50 or more, 3–5 business days is ideal — it gives us room to plan around headcount and dietary requests.
Do you deliver catering orders to offices in Manhattan?
Yes. SOPO catering is delivery-only — we bring the food to your office, venue, or meeting space. We deliver across Midtown Manhattan including the Garment District, Herald Square, Chelsea and Flatiron, from our kitchen at 7th Avenue and 35th Street.
What Korean catering packages does SOPO offer?
Signature Plates are individually plated meals with your choice of protein, base, sides and sauce — best when everyone gets their own. Party Platters and kimbap packs work family-style for a buffet setup. À la carte half trays let you build a spread from scratch.
Can I customize a catering menu?
Yes. You choose bases, proteins, sides and sauces, and we can build fully custom menus on request. Proteins include Seoul Steak, Beef Bulgogi, Spicy Pork, Smoked Chicken and Crispy Tofu.
Does SOPO catering include utensils and serving supplies?
Utensils and serving supplies are available as an add-on at checkout. Food arrives in trays that are ready to serve — no setup or staffing needed.
Does SOPO offer catering for events and offices?
Yes. SOPO caters corporate offices, team lunches, board meetings, holiday parties, weddings and private events — from teams of 10 to groups of 200 and up.
